Patricia Horner represented migrant farmworkers from 1988 to 1990, then, in 1990 began representing individuals in personal injury and wrongful death.

In 1996 Ms. Horner started her own law practice representing clients in personal injury, criminal law, premises liability, civil rights, and professional liability.

She is admitted in the Northern and Southern U.S. District Courts of Ohio, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
